Two south-east organisations, unhealthy Blast Theory and Aspex, viagra order are calling for applicants and submissions with deadlines of 31 August and 12 August, capsule respectively.


Blast Theory
Blast Theory is currently inviting applications for the 20 Wellington Road Residency and Volunteer Programmes for 2014.


Residency Programme:
The Residency Programme is initiated and run by artists. It aims to provide a space for residents to research and develop new work in a supportive and collaborative environment. Expressions of interest are invited from individuals working in the following fields:
• Pervasive and location based gaming and interactive media
• The use of mobile and portable devices in cultural and artistic practice
• Games design and theory
• Interdisciplinary and live art practice


Volunteer Programme:
The Blast Theory volunteer programme is an opportunity for recent graduates and those embarking on a career in the arts to have first-hand experience of working with an artists company. It covers a wide range of activity including office administration, project management, database management, touring, archiving, marketing and publicity. At times you will also be required to assist the artists on creative project development and realisation. An important aspect of the volunteer programme is developing networks and new contacts and our staff are happy to provide advice on career directions and options.

Aspex have begun accepting applications to their biennial open submission competition, EMERGENCY6, which includes a £1000 prize for the winner.


The biennial open submission exhibition EMERGENCY is an essential part of the organisation’s programme, providing emerging artists with an opportunity to bring their work to wider attention.


Deadline Monday 12 August 2013. Exhibition: 25 October 2013 – 19 January 2014.
