With the South East becoming increasingly a locus for digital art, Blast Theory is hosting three Digital Ideas Camps across the region to assist cultural organisations to better scope, develop, fundraise for and launch digital artistic projects.
The sessions include briefings about different funding streams and case studies of successful bids. They’ll be offering development work on some proposals brought to the sessions. They’re also addressing some of the challenges faced by arts organisations today around fusing technical and creative skills.
The speakers include Blast Theory’s Matt Adams, Rachel Coldicutt from Caper, an expert in organisational change and digital content strategy, Honor Harger from Lighthouse and Matt Locke from multi-platform storytelling consultancy Storythings.
